We are seeking a Senior Cloud Developer to support a mission-critical federal program focused on secure cloud infrastructure, platform modernization, and national security initiatives.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role centered on building, automating, and maintaining AWS-based infrastructure and deployment pipelines across secure, enterprise environments. Your work will directly support system reliability, operational readiness, and scalable cloud delivery.
You will play a key role in integrating infrastructure automation, monitoring, containerization, and cloud-native services within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain AWS-based infrastructure supporting enterprise systems
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, and Packer
Support infrastructure patching, lifecycle management, and system hardening
Configure and manage application load balancers (ALBs), encryption, and secure cloud services
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab for automated deployments
Develop and support containerized environments using Docker and/or Podman
Support Kubernetes orchestration for scalable application deployment (nice to have)
Deploy and maintain monitoring and observability tools including Grafana and Kafka
Configure and manage Splunk indexing and log ingestion
Implement automation using Ansible Automation Platform
Develop event-driven architecture components using AWS Lambda and SNS
Monitor and troubleshoot environments using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and AWS native tools
Support compliance, auditing, and secure data handling within a cleared environment Required Qualifications Active Top Secret clearance
Strong experience with AWS infrastructure and services
