About the Role

The Regional Practice Manager will partner closely with the doctor/owner to drive revenue growth, strengthen team culture, and ensure a consistent, high-quality patient experience across all sites. You will oversee daily operations, lead clinic managers and front-line staff, and use data to guide decisions that support both short-term performance and long-term expansion.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is comfortable being present in the clinics, building relationships with providers and staff, and implementing proven processes that support scalable growth in a fast-growing aesthetic and wellness business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple med spa locations, ensuring smooth patient flow and a premium guest experience.

  • Partner with the doctor/owner to execute business goals, improve performance, and enhance patient satisfaction and retention.

  • Lead and mentor clinic leaders and staff through coaching, clear expectations, and performance management.

  • Build and maintain a strong, collaborative, results-focused culture that aligns with the brand and patient experience standards.

  • Monitor KPIs such as revenue, conversion rates, rebooking, membership sales, retail attach, and patient retention.

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, scheduling, consultation processes, and service consistency across locations.

  • Support local marketing initiatives, events, and community outreach to drive new patient acquisition and repeat visits.

  • Assist with brand visibility through basic marketing support, social media collaboration, and reputation management.

  • Serve as the communication bridge between clinical providers, front desk, and ownership, ensuring alignment and accountability.

  • Utilize technology platforms (EMR/EHR, CRM, scheduling tools, reporting dashboards) to track performance and optimize operations.

  • Maintain operational standards while supporting the opening or integration of new locations as the organization grows.

Required Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of management experience specifically in a med spa, aesthetics practice, plastic surgery, dermatology, or cosmetic wellness environment.

  • Proven leadership experience overseeing teams and operations in a multi-provider, patient-facing, cash-pay or membership-based setting.

  • Demonstrated success managing staff performance, coaching teams, and creating accountability around KPIs and revenue goals.

  • Strong understanding of aesthetic practice operations: scheduling, consult flow, treatment plans, memberships, retail and package sales.

  • Comfortable partnering with marketing resources and supporting social media, events, and local community engagement.

  • Tech-savvy, with experience using business systems (EMR/EHR, CRM, online booking/scheduling platforms, reporting tools).

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead through change.

  • Experience working directly with ownership, providers, and operational teams in a high-growth environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience in aesthetic practice management strongly considered.

Preferred Background
  • Experience as a Practice Manager, Regional Manager, Operations Director, or Clinic Manager in med spa or aesthetics.

  • Track record of opening new locations, standardizing processes, or scaling systems in a growing organization.

  • Familiarity with common aesthetic services (injectables, laser, body contouring, skincare, wellness services) and how they are marketed and sold.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary: $90,000–$120,000 based on experience and qualifications.

  • Bonus opportunities tied to performance metrics.

  • Relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

  • Mileage stipend for multi-site travel.

  • Wellness stipend.

  • Paid holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO).

  • Full-time, salaried leadership position with growth potential.careerplug+1
