This is an opportunity to represent a premium portfolio of capital equipment while partnering with some of the most respected aesthetic practices in the region. The ideal candidate is a driven sales professional who excels at building relationships, developing new business, and managing complex sales cycles.

Position Summary

The Territory Manager is responsible for growing revenue within an assigned territory through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. This role combines strategic prospecting, consultative selling, product demonstrations, and account management to consistently achieve or exceed annual sales objectives.

Travel

  • Approximately 40–60% regional travel with overnight travel 1–2 nights per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, cosmetic physicians, and medical spas throughout the territory.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities while expanding business within existing accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Build long-term partnerships with physicians, practice owners, office managers, and other key decision-makers to maximize account growth and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and service teams to ensure exceptional customer support and successful implementations.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM activity, forecasts, and territory plans.
  • Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Plan and execute educational events, workshops, and customer appreciation programs to generate new business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.
  • 2–5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in medical devices, capital equipment, healthcare technology, aesthetics, or other consultative sales environments.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding annual sales quotas of $1.5M+.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a large geographic territory and full sales cycle independently.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000
  • On-Target Earnings: $175,000–$250,000+
  • Uncapped commission opportunity
  • Equity/stock participation
  • Profit-sharing program
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Vehicle reimbursement and business expenses

This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-performing sales professional to represent innovative aesthetic technology, develop a thriving territory, and build lasting partnerships with leading aesthetic practices throughout South Florida.
