Aesthetics Coordinator
  Relive Health
Relive Wellington is seeking a polished, sales-driven, and highly organized Aesthetics Coordinator to join our growing luxury aesthetics team. 
This is a high-impact, patient-facing role responsible for driving revenue growth, delivering an exceptional luxury patient experience, and supporting overall practice success. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment and is passionate about aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and relationship-based sales. 
The Aesthetics Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between patients, providers, and the front-of-house team to ensure seamless care, strong patient retention, and continued practice growth. 
Core Responsibilities:
 
Sales & Revenue Growth 
  • Conduct personalized aesthetic consultations and create customized treatment plans  
  • Recommend and sell aesthetic services, treatment packages, and medical-grade skincare products including ZO Skin Health  
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, conversion metrics, and revenue targets  
  • Upsell and cross-sell services based on patient goals and treatment history  
  • Maintain strong consultation-to-treatment conversion rates  
  • Build long-term patient relationships that drive loyalty and retention  
  • Consistently follow up with prospective patients to maximize bookings, conversions, and patient retention  
Scheduling & Patient Coordination 
Manage and optimize provider schedules for services including: 
  • Botox/Xeomin,  
  • Dermal Fillers & Biostimulators,  
  • Hair Restoration Treatments,  
  • HydraFacial,  
  • Microneedling with PRP & Exosomes,  
  • Chemical Peels, 
  • Regenerative wellness consultations and peptide therapy follow-ups 
Additional responsibilities include: 
  • Proactively rebooking patients  
  • Managing follow-up appointments  
  • Maintaining a full and optimized provider schedule  
  • Building and retaining a loyal book of business 
Patient Experience & Retention 
  • Deliver a luxury, high-touch patient experience from inquiry through post-treatment follow-up  
  • Complete care calls, texts, and post-treatment check-ins  
  • Support long-term treatment planning and patient retention strategies  
  • Address patient questions and concerns professionally and promptly  
  • Create an elevated and welcoming patient experience at every touchpoint  
Clinical & Operational Support 
  • Maintain strong knowledge of aesthetic services, skincare, and treatment protocols  
  • Educate patients on pre- and post-care instructions  
  • Maintain working knowledge of wellness therapies, peptide offerings, and evolving aesthetic treatment trends 
  • Coordinate with vendors and clinical teams to support optimal patient outcomes  
  • Accurately document consultations, treatment plans, and sales in EMR/CRM systems  
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate patient documentation  
  • Support smooth daily operations alongside providers and front desk staff  
Team Collaboration & Brand Representation 
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Relive Aesthetics  
  • Support practice promotions, marketing initiatives, and patient engagement campaigns  
  • Coordinate and execute quarterly promotional, educational, and patient appreciation events designed to drive patient engagement, retention, and revenue growth  
  • Communicate professionally and collaboratively with providers and team members  
  • Uphold company culture, professionalism, and luxury patient experience standards 
Qualifications 
  • Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic practice preferred 
  • Strong sales background with proven ability to meet or exceed goals  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail  
  • Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor  
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment  
  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare preferred  
  • Strong understanding of integrative aesthetics, regenerative wellness, peptides, skincare, and patient-centered treatment planning 
  • Proven ability to thrive in a performance-driven sales environment preferred

Compensation & Benefits 
  • Base Salary: $55,000–$70,000 (based on experience)
