Aesthetics Sales Representative - Southern California


HansBiomed is a KOSDAQ listed, innovative company that specializes in Biologics and Medical device products. Our product line includes dental, spine, cosmetic, and plastic surgery supplies. Our headquarters is located in South Korea, and this position is for the U.S. branch. We are looking for a diligent, passionate, and driven MINT Sales Representative to join our sales team as we grow our business.

Position Overview


The MINT Sales Rep is a self-starter with a passion for delivering results and contributing to our overall sales goals. The MINT Sales Rep is responsible for acquiring new client prospects, and retaining and growing our existing client base, by leveraging selling skills and product and technical knowledge. Working with the sales team, under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager, this position will coordinate sales activity, facilitate the sales process with prospective and current clients, and perform administrative tasks as needed.


Key Responsibilities


  • Regularly recruit doctors, NP, PA, Nurses or Injectors (MedSpa) to attend Hans seminars, trainings and conventions
  • Conducts sales calls and other activities aimed at achieving sales quota and goals for the Sales Representative's assigned accounts and territory
  • Conducts all sales activities in accordance with Han's policies and procedures and in accordance with all applicable laws
  • Ability to multi-task and work well with others on projects and other assignments
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Attends weekly planning meetings; under the direction of Regional Sales Manager; develops sales activity plans to optimize sales activities and achieve target sales performance
  • Attend conventions, events, meetings and tradeshows (may require weekends)
  • Cultivates new and expanded sales prospects and customer opportunities to achieve sales growth
  • Prepares and submits sales reports on a weekly basis
  • Assess clients needs and present suitable promoted products
  • Monitor leads to ensure they are current and that all follow up activities are addressed in a timely manner
  • Meets sales financial objectives
  • Interface with Marketing Department as needed


Qualifications and Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • 2 years of sales experience
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills preferred
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Prior medical device sales experience preferred
  • Time management and organizational skills preferred
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Driver's license and vehicle required


*** This position is remote based but ideally looking for candidates to serve clients in the state of CA (Southern CA). ***
