Responsibilities - Coordinate technical, financial, and scheduling activities across multiple tooling projects.
- Perform Control Account Management (CAM) and support Earned Value Management (EVM) processes.
- Maintain and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for ongoing projects.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and staffing requirements to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Facilitate risk assessments, requirements tracking, and regular status reporting.
- Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to support program objectives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Support tooling fabrication efforts both onsite and offsite, ensuring alignment with project goals. Required Skills and Experience - Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
- U.S. Citizenship (required for security clearance eligibility)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, cost tracking, or program management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and multitasking skills Preferred Skills - Hands-on experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Control Account Management (CAM)
- Background in aerospace or manufacturing program support
- Familiarity with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), forecasting, and risk management
- Experience working with Integrated Program Teams (IPTs)
