Key Responsibilities:

Leads complex accounting activities and supports financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives. Provides technical accounting expertise, mentors junior accountants, and ensures compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Supports management through financial analysis, reporting, and participation in strategic accounting and operational initiatives.


Key Deliverables of the Position

1) Accurate and compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

2) Successful management of complex reconciliations and specialized accounting activities

3) Effective implementation and maintenance of internal controls and accounting procedures

4) Reliable financial analysis and reporting support for management decision-making

5) Timely and accurate audit support and compliance documentation

6) Improved accounting processes, controls, and operational efficiency

7) Technical guidance and mentoring support for accounting staff


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline required
  • 4–6 years of accounting experience
  • Advanced knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
  • CPA license preferred or equivalent certification
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Works under minimal supervision
