What You Will Do
In this role, you will lead and coordinate projects across inpatient, retail, and specialty pharmacy services to improve operational efficiency, quality, and performance.
• Lead the full lifecycle of pharmacy-related projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Coordinate with pharmacy leadership, operations, IT, finance, and other departments to achieve project goals
• Serve as a liaison between pharmacy teams and organizational leadership
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and communicate project progress clearly
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and operational efficiencies across pharmacy services
• Support implementation of new processes, systems, and operational initiatives
• Assist with project budgeting, financial tracking, and resource management
• Track project performance metrics and maintain accurate project documentation
• Support compliance efforts, including tracking licenses, permits, and audit readiness activities
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence within pharmacy services
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience Requirements
• Required: 3-5 years of project management experience
• Experience managing projects with defined timelines, budgets, and deliverables required
• Preferred: Experience in a healthcare or pharmacy-related environment
Education Requirements
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field
Certifications (Preferred)
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or similar
Safety & Compliance Expectations
• Maintains knowledge of and adherence to all applicable HIPAA regulations related to patient, financial, and organizational data
• Follows all safety practices including PPE usage, infection control, incident reporting, and environment of care standards
