Job description

Job Summary

Work independently, or under the direction of the NPI Site Manager, to deliver projects and key initiatives that support effective program management. This role leads and coordinates all new product and program introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring disciplined execution across functions. These efforts are essential to achieving the site’s aggressive financial and operational performance objectives.

Essential Functions

  • Communicate NPI status to all key stakeholders both internal and customer base.

  • Develop processes for transitioning a product from NPI to operation/production.

  • Ensure that all commercial and technical issues are managed to meet the program requirements, and all program deliverables are accurate, complete and timely.

  • Generate plans and strategies for assured success of the program requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall supply chain process readiness for NPI:
  • Program focal point through NPI, define and maintain the program Plan of Record (POR).
  • Ensure all elements of the POR are fulfilled and communicate status to all key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and communicate escalations as required to keep program on track with POR milestones and goals.
  • Develop and maintain NPI processes as required.

NOTE: Individual may need to flex across all shifts in order to execute duties as necessary


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field, manufacturing management, or related field.
  • 4 years’ experience in program management and/or technical or commercial disciplines.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

  • This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional product teams.

  • Highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills.

  • Good PC skills, written & verbal communication skills, problem solving, project management, and organizational skills.

  • Must work well in a team environment and commit to continuous improvement.

  • Program management experience is highly desired.
