Ready to launch your next career in aerospace?
Ontic is growing in Creedmoor, NC, and we're looking for skilled technicians and manufacturing professionals to support exciting new programs, including Poseidon and Meadowlark. If you have experience in electronics, testing, assembly, manufacturing, or military maintenance, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
Depending on the position and your experience, responsibilities may include:
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, calibration, inspection, and repair of electronic and electro-mechanical aerospace components.
  • Assemble and test aerospace products using engineering drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Utilize electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, signal generators, and other diagnostic tools.
  • Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation.
  • Support production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Complete required documentation accurately while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Perform inspection, troubleshooting, soldering, and repair activities as required.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For
We're interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
  • Electronics testing
  • Electro-mechanical assembly
  • Manufacturing or production
  • Aerospace or aviation
  • Military electronics or avionics
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Mechanical assembly

Preferred qualifications include:
  • Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field; or equivalent military training or work experience.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, repair, maintenance, or aerospace environment.
  • Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
  • Experience using electronic test and measurement equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a production environment.
  • Military veterans with relevant technical experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule
Many of our technician positions offer a four-day work week:
Monday - Thursday
6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
