About the Role

Capgemini's Digital Continuity team partners with clients to improve their competitiveness and performance by transforming their Engineering and R&D capabilities. We connect the dots across the value chain-spanning sales and marketing, R&D, engineering, manufacturing, operations, and aftersales-to drive efficiency, enhance flexibility, and enable responsive, data-driven decision making.

Seeking a Management Consultant  or a Senior Manager with an Engineering mindset having prior experience in realizing Digital Engineering to lead the strategic direction, operations, and performance of the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry segments within Capgemini Invent's Intelligent Industry practice. This pivotal role will drive growth, profitability, and innovation, shaping the future of our A&D segment.

Key responsibilities

  • Business Delivery: Lead consulting engagements to solve clients' toughest problems, deliver measurable outcomes, and support their success and growth.
  • Business Development: Expand Capgemini's presence by identifying opportunities, developing partnerships, and achieving commercial success.
  • Business Management & Administration: Shape practice strategy, develop teams, and ensure operational excellence to strengthen Capgemini's capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in consulting at a leading firm (7+ years) and/or industry roles (10+ years).
  • Experience in delivering major engineering, software-related initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Strong understanding of PLM, MOM/MES, ERP, and MBSE solutions (business value, vendor landscape, capabilities and limitations).
  • Hands-on experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Model-Based Enterprise (MBE), digital twins, and digital threads.
  • Ability to define strategic analyses and provide actionable recommendations for transformation initiatives.

Travel is required per 50-75% dependent on client need.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:  $127,500 - $249,350.

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
