Job description

We are a CNC Aerospace manufacturing company located in the City of Fountain Valley, CA, currently seeking a skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in performing inspection functions to verify product conforms to specification, spec, tight-tolerance machined components, etc. This individual must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, knowledge or some knowledge of using the absolute arm 7 axis (Hexagon brand) Veri surf and uphold excellent attendance and punctuality /SAE AS9102. tight-tolerance machined components. (our current inspector will be willing to help train the new member to use the arm if not to familiar)

Key Responsibilities:
• Performs and documents variety of inspections of prototype parts & productions parts thru the day and sampling procedures.
• Assists and supports QA/QC Management documents.
• Maintain quality records, reports, logs, and retention samples.
• Maintain all AS9102 inspection reports up to date with job packages.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED minimum.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• 6-10 years of relevant work experience required.
• General proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Veri surf.
