This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar, for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This is a newly formed company meaning until the project is ready you will be working remote at the start. The CEO will be responsible for leading the company's strategic direction, overseeing financial performance, managing operations, and driving overall business growth. Key responsibilities include setting organizational goals, developing business strategies, collaborating with leadership teams, and representing the company to stakeholders. Additionally, the CEO will play a central role in building a strong organizational culture and fostering innovation within the team.

Qualifications

Expertise in Finance and Business Planning to ensure the company's financial health and effective resource allocation

Strong background in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to oversee smooth company operations and define long-term goals

Proficiency in Sales and Strategic Planning to achieve revenue targets and market expansion

Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities with a focus on team collaboration and development

Demonstrated experience as a senior executive or in a similar leadership role
