Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to various departments and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining company records and files
  • Process and track invoices and expenses
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients
  • Coordinate and assist with special projects and events
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
