KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Experience in preparing highly detailed and complex International recipes for Intl Flights: Lufthansa,

British Air, COPA (Panama), Turkish, Air France, Iceland Air, Aer Lingus, Aero Mexico

  • Follow customer specifications for visual plating presentation
  • Experience in broiling, batch cooking, sauting, poaching, baking, frying and blanching
  • Ability to comprehend Menu specifications.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customer both internal and external.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing First Class, Business Class & Coach meals
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, FDA, HACCP & other regulations
  • Follow recipes to exact specifications
  • Prepare meals for Airline customers

QUALIFICATIONS; EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Four years experience
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Must have ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure.
  • Must be a team spirited individual.
  • Must be flexible on days off and start time.
  • Excellent attendance.
