Location: Hybrid (U.S. – MN, CO, ND, SD, TX, NM, MI)

Are you an experienced Adobe CMS Business Analyst ready to make a real impact? Trissential is hiring on behalf of our client for a high-visibility CMS Replacement Project, moving from Salesforce CMS to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and AEM Assets. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in a large-scale, enterprise digital transformation—driving personalization, integrations, and content modernization.

What’s in It for You?

  • High-Impact Work – Be a core contributor to a major enterprise re-platforming initiative
  • Modern Technology Exposure – Work hands-on with Adobe AEM Sites, AEM Assets (DAM), and Adobe Target
  • Agile Delivery Environment – Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and system integrators
  • Real Influence – Your requirements and user stories will directly shape customer-facing digital experiences
  • Supportive Team Culture – Join a fast-paced, collaborative team that values continuous improvement and humor

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Write high-volume, high-quality user stories (hundreds expected) with clear, actionable acceptance criteria
  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications across CMS, DAM, and integrations
  • Define and refine requirements for templates, components, forms, and authoring workflows
  • Capture personalization requirements using Adobe Target (A/B testing, audience segmentation, optimization)
  • Define website search functionality requirements including indexing, relevancy, and filtering
  • Lead requirements gathering for integrations (GA4, Salesforce CRM Chatbot/Live Agent, Medallia, SSO)
  • Support content and asset migration efforts including mapping and workflow definition
  • Partner with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Lead BA, and SI to drive Agile delivery
  • Participate actively in sprint ceremonies: planning, stand-ups, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Perform functional validation and support UAT, ensuring delivered solutions meet customer expectations
  • Act as a quality advocate for overall user experience and solution delivery

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites) CMS and AEM Assets (DAM)
  • Experience gathering requirements for Adobe Target and personalization strategies
  • Strong knowledge of website search functionality (configuration, indexing, filtering, relevancy)
  • Proven experience in CMS implementations and website re-platforming (preferably legacy to Adobe)
  • Exceptional user story writing skills using “As a / I want / So that” format with strong acceptance criteria
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Figma (for review), MS Teams, and SharePoint
  • Ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility
  • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience supporting testing with a UAT/customer-first mindset

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch/Tags
  • Experience with Salesforce-to-Adobe or similar CMS migration projects
  • Background in utilities, regulated industries, or large enterprise environments
  • Exposure to complex CMS/DAM integrations and personalization ecosystems
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide initiatives within large, complex, highly matrixed organizations, with the ability to navigate governance, compliance, and cross-functional stakeholder environments while driving successful outcomes across high-volume, multi-system landscapes that impact broad user populations at scale

Education & Certifications You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Agile/Scrum certification (preferred but not required)
  • Adobe AEM-related certifications (advantageous)
