The AEM Author is responsible for creating, editing, managing, and publishing digital content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role ensures content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards while delivering an optimal user experience across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, edit, update, and publish web content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Manage pages, components, templates, and digital assets (AEM Assets / DAM)
• Follow content workflows for review, approval, scheduling, and version control
• Ensure content complies with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and quality requirements
• Collaborate with design, development, marketing, and business stakeholders
• Perform routine content maintenance, updates, and issue resolution
• Support multilingual and localized content publishing
• Validate content display across multiple devices and browsers
• Apply SEO and digital best practices when authoring and managing content
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Hands-on experience as an AEM Author or with similar CMS platforms
• Strong understanding of CMS concepts, workflows, and content governance
• Good attention to detail and strong content editing/proofreading skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
