AEM Architect

Location: Parsippany, NJ (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AEM Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. The role focuses on platform architecture, system integrations, governance, and technical leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect end-to-end AEM solutions aligned with business and technology goals.
  • Design integrations between AEM, Adobe Analytics, and third-party systems/APIs.
  • Define deployment strategies, CI/CD processes, Dispatcher, CDN, and caching configurations.
  • Establish architecture standards, governance, security, and best practices.
  • Lead and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance and oversight.
  • Collaborate with business and project stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience building large-scale AEM or web content management applications.
  • Strong expertise in AEM architecture, Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with AEM integrations, DevOps practices, and performance optimization.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive architectural decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Adobe Certified AEM Architect (or equivalent Adobe certification).
  • Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
