Job description

Service Advisors assist in delivering remarkable experiences to our customers and are responsible for to provide intake, consultation and advice regarding service and maintenance to our customers. They offer logical diagnostic services or repairs in response to the customer's concerns. Provide accurate estimates for all the services or repairs recommended.
They also sell the proper repairs and services to meet the customers needs. They obtain accurate parts and labor prices for all services giving every customer the best possible estimate at the same the repair order is writing, gaining the customers written approval.
Maintain service scheduling on a accurate, continuous basis. Property and thoroughly print repair orders with the best information for the technicians as possible. Follow company policies as it pertains to competing repair order information to assist technicians and team leaders.
Stay in contact with service customers by phone when their vehicles work is finished. Explain all repairs and charges in detail.
Requirements
  • High School graduation or equivalent
  • One (1) year service advisor experience, manufacturer training or demonstrated technical expertise.
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications preferred.
  • Experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver's license for more than 3 years.

Note: Accrual earned at 90 days must be used prior to 1 year anniversary as it does not carry over.
