FloHawks offers residential, industrial, and commercial customers in the Puget Sound one-stop shopping for a diverse range of sanitary services, including: septic, plumbing, and drain cleaning. Position Summary
The Sales Adviser Assistant is responsible for overseeing and coordinating residential projects from the point of job approval through final completion. This role is focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience through strong communication, organization, scheduling coordination, and operational execution.
The Sales Adviser Assistant serves as the primary operational point of contact for the customer throughout the lifecycle of the project and works closely with Operations, Dispatch, Technicians, Vendors, and Leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage residential projects from sold job through completion
  • Coordinate scheduling and project timelines
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding project status, scheduling updates, and expectations
  • Ensure permits, inspections, and required documentation are completed when applicable
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and job readiness requirements
  • Work closely with Dispatch and Operations to align technician schedules and project execution
  • Monitor project progress and address operational issues quickly
  • Escalate customer concerns or operational challenges appropriately
  • Maintain accurate project notes and documentation
  • Ensure pictures, job details, approvals, and project communication are properly documented
  • Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally
  • Support operational follow-up after project completion when necessary
  • Protect and promote the FloHawks customer experience
