PARTS & SERVICE ADVISOR ASSISTANT - FULL-TIME | NO WEEKENDS

Duvall Auto Repair – Duvall, WA

Duvall Auto Repair is looking for an organized, dependable person to join our team as a Parts & Service Advisor Assistant.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, keeping track of details, solving problems, and helping a busy shop run efficiently. While automotive experience is helpful, we're willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Order, receive, and track parts for repair orders

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
  • Help schedule appointments
  • Assist Service Advisors with building repair estimates
  • Coordinate with technicians and vendors throughout the day
  • Help keep repair orders moving efficiently
