Job description

The Junge Organization is looking for a like-minded individual for a Mobile Service Advisor / Scheduling Assistant position. We are excited to announce the launch of our Full-Time Mobile Service edition!
The responsibilities of a Mobile Service Advisor / Scheduling Assistant include reaching out to customers to set up appointments, greeting customers who call in, listening to their needs, and scheduling appointments as needed. This position will work with one Mobile Service Technician and help maintain the schedule efficiently.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers promptly
  • Obtain customer and vehicle information
  • Schedule basic safety recalls and basic component installs (engine and cabin filters, wiper blades, etc.) WE DO NOT DO OIL CHANGES VIA MOBILE
  • Recommend Maintenance based upon mileage intervals
  • Utilize a call list of our customer base to reach out and schedule open recalls via Mobile Service
  • Communicate effectively with Mobile Service Technician to ensure routes and daily deadlines are being met
  • Coordinate pick up/returns on vehicles that are scheduled for service in the shop
  • Answer Phones

Service Advisor Requirements:
  • Previous experience at a dealership is a plus but not required
  • Problem Solving Skilles
  • Customer Service Representation Skills
  • Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant is a plus but not required
  • Very energetic personality
  • A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
  • Personal and professional integrity
  • Basic Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
  • Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, friendly attitude
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Drivers License
