Position Overview

Gallagher Promotional Products is looking for a friendly, self-motivated Part-Time Lead Generator to join our growing sales team at our Longwood office. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, wants flexible part-time hours, and is looking for easy, straightforward work — no hard selling required! Your sole focus will be making outbound calls to prospective businesses, sparking interest in our products, and passing along qualified leads to our experienced sales team. You do the legwork; they close the deal.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective business clients from a provided list to introduce Gallagher Promotional Products.
  • Deliver a simple, friendly script to gauge interest and identify the right contact person at each business.
  • Ask a few brief qualifying questions to determine if the prospect is a good fit for our products.
  • Schedule callbacks or hand off warm, interested leads directly to our sales representatives.
  • Log call activity and notes in our CRM system (training provided).
  • Meet a manageable daily call goal in a relaxed, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Friendly, conversational phone manner — if you enjoy talking to people, you'll do great.
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to stay on task independently.
  • No sales experience required — we provide a script and full training.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to show up and make calls consistently.

Compensation

  • $16.00 per hour

Schedule

  • Part-Time: Monday – Friday, flexible hours between 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • No weekends, no evenings
  • Approximately 20–25 hours per week — great for retirees, students, or anyone seeking supplemental income
