  • Serve as a key user and champion of the organizationโ€™s CRM.
  • Partner cross-functionally on revenue growth, audience development, marketing, and operational initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, financial analysis, and P&L-related responsibilities.
  • Establish and track KPIs to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for growth.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Proven track record of advertising or media sales success across multiple platforms.
  • Strong new business development/hunter mentality, with demonstrated success prospecting and closing new opportunities.
  • Experience selling integrated solutions across print, digital, events, sponsorships, and/or content.
  • Experience leading and developing sales professionals while remaining hands-on in the sales process.
  • Strong operational, project, and process management skills.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Strategic and creative thinker with a strong focus on execution.
  • Experience within B2B media, associations, publishing, or a related environment is a plus.
