Job Summary: Are you a structured problem solver who loves connecting business strategy, data capabilities, and operational processes to drive real business impact?

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and execution-minded Data Product Manager to turn fragmented workflows and raw reporting requests into scalable, high-impact data products. In this role, you won’t just build dashboards—you will help redesign business workflows, untangle legacy reporting, and bridge the gap between business problems and the modern data solutions needed to solve them.

Partnering closely with leaders, analysts, and cross-functional catalysts across approximately 1,400 locations, you will own the end-to-end data product lifecycle—from discovery and roadmap planning to adoption and success measurement.

If you are a builder who thrives on turning ambiguous business challenges into clear, governed, and actionable data solutions, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Discovery & Redesign: Lead discovery with stakeholders to deeply understand business problems, map current-state workflows, and distinguish truly necessary metrics from legacy or courtesy reporting before automating.
  • Requirements & Roadmap Planning: Translate ambiguous business needs into prioritized roadmaps, user stories, clear requirements, and implementation plans that balance enterprise goals with available capacity.
  • Data Product Management: Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of dashboards, analytics workflows, metrics, and reporting tools from initial concept through release, change management, and iteration.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product, and IS teams to align on priorities, communicate tradeoffs, and set realistic release expectations.
  • Governance & Analytics Culture: Collaborate with the data governance council to clarify KPI definitions and ownership while helping business teams adopt data products to improve decision-making and performance accountability.
  • Success Measurement: Define key decision outcomes, adoption measures, and feedback loops to ensure every data product delivers measurable ROI and reduces manual overhead.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Product Management, Operations, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in analytics, data product management, business intelligence, or operational process improvement.
  • Proven track record gathering business requirements, mapping workflows, and translating ambiguous business problems into clear product roadmaps.
  • Strong background supporting dashboards, KPI frameworks, analytics workflows, or operational reporting products.
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication skills with the ability to explain technical tradeoffs and requirements to non-technical stakeholders.

What will make you stand out:

  • Master’s degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or Data Science.
  • Experience in media, publishing, advertising, multi-location operations, or franchise-style business models.
  • Experience supporting both print and digital product lines, including advertising revenue, campaign performance, or local market economics.
  • Proven success helping organizations modernize analytics operating models, transition from fragmented reporting to governed systems, and drive change management/adoption.
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern BI tools, marketing/CRM platforms, project management tools like monday.com, and basic data exploration methods.

Don’t just manage reports—build scalable systems that empower better decisions. If you are ready to turn complex data into a measurable business advantage, we want to meet you.
