  • Oversee assigned crews to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet company productivity, quality, and safety standards.
  • Lead safety and training initiatives.
  • Ensure job sites are safe and prepped for crews before arrival.
  • Train and support new and existing employees.
  • Coordinate with customers to plan schedules and manage changes.
  • Perform daily spot checks of completed work.
  • Assist with billing, scheduling, and warranty projects as needed.
  • Attend job site meetings with builders and homeowners.
  • Review and approve employee timecards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of field experience.
