Ad Agency in Birmingham seeks Project Manager
Boutique advertising agency in Birmingham is looking for a high-energy project manager who is extremely organized and can work independently with little supervision. This role sits at the center of strategy, creative, production, and client services — translating incoming projects into timelines, managing workflows, and ensuring deliverables are on time and on budget.
Responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, production schedules, and resource allocations
  • Partner closely with strategy, creative, account, and production teams to move projects forward efficiently
  • Manage day-to-day workflow and ensure deadlines, milestones, and approvals are met
  • Lead internal status meetings and maintain clear communication across teams
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and scope creep before they become problems
  • Coordinate with vendors to align expectations and deliverables

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of project management experience in a marketing, advertising or creative agency
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday, Wrike, or similar)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of creative development and production workflows
