Objective:

The Marketing Coordinator, Creative Production is an integral part of our brand marketing team. The role will focus on product launches, photo shoots and print production. Key projects will include: support photoshoots and video development; partner cross functionally to create launch materials; manage timelines and line lists for product launches; and act as print production liaison for marketing materials.

This position will require creative thinking, impeccable attention to detail, organization and resourcefulness. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, creative with an eye for design, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is key.

This role requires onsite presence in our Danbury HQ 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

Content Development:

  • Assist in planning large scale photoshoots: Partner with Marketing, Product, Inventory and external vendors (photographer, retoucher, stylist, etc.) on set builds, estimates and shot lists.
  • Manage index photography and PDP photoshoots (schedule, organization of product, approvals, etc.)
  • Monitor Marketing’s inventory and sales/return process for products used in photoshoots.
  • Help manage Photo Studio
  • Manage development of product supporting documents and timelines (product news, line lists, etc.)
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project lists, and timelines for brand initiatives.

Print Production:

  • Coordinate print production with external vendors for product launch and branded materials – including Print advertising and showroom signage.
Additional responsibilities and team support as needed (calendars, timelines, etc.)
Requirements

Skills & Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1-3 years related experience
  • Passion for design and the creative process
  • Interest in photography a plus
  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to build cross functional rapport
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic
  • Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Travel up to 20% (photoshoots, showroom locations, etc.)
