As a Marketing Specialist, you'll combine creativity and strategy to bring our brand to life through promotions, events, advertising, and engaging content.
What You'll Do:
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing special events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Support the development of advertising, print production, signage, and digital content.
  • Manage and track projects to ensure alignment with budget and timelines.
  • Partner with the Marketing Team to communicate event and promotion details to all departments.
  • Handle day-to-day planning and implementation of projects and activities.
  • Manage vendor and sponsor communications, including evaluations and reporting.
  • Field guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records, reconcile invoices, and process purchase orders.
  • Stay up-to-date on marketing systems, including the Player Database Tracking System.
  • Assist with the safety and security of guests and Team Members.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous marketing experience or education preferred.
  • Must be tech savvy
  • Experience in social media management and/or content creation strongly preferred.
  • Upbeat, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Computer proficiency required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain a Kansas Racing and Gaming License.

Schedule & Pay:
  • Full-time position.
  • Day shift, Monday-Friday, with some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
  • $45,000 annual salary.
