Job description

Our cleared personnel are experts in the operationalization and deployment of new and emerging technologies. We're seeking a DevOps Engineer for a unique, tailored mission.


  • Provide optimization and automation across multiple platforms and applications.
  • Drive consistency for deployment and build processes.
  • Utilize modern tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon Web Services, Ansible, Terraform, Python, Linux, and much more.
  • Coding in scripting languages such as Bash, Ruby, Python.
  • Utilizing containerization tools such as: Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Setting up CI/CD pipelines.
  • Agile software development.
  • Understanding customers' needs and translating those needs from product specifications into functional, production ready code and infrastructure.

 

OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:

  • This position operates 100% onsite unless otherwise discussed and approved by the Program Manager and customer; work is conducted on a standard eight (8) hour schedule Monday - Friday.

TRAVEL:

  • This position requires no travel.

CLEARANCE:

  • Active Top Secret / SCI and Full Scope/Lifestyle Polygraph is required upon application for initial consideration.   *** This position is not open for any clearance upgrades, reactivation, or sponsorship.***

EDUCATION:

  • MA/MS and five (5) years experience, or;
  • BA/BS in Computer Engineering or related field and seven (7) years of experience.

CERTIFICATION(S): 

  • CWIP IAT Level I required

 REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Expert experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS.
  • AWS (S3, VPCs & Networking, EC2, ECS/EKS).
  • Containerization (Docker, k8s, Registries).
  • IaC (Terraform/Cloud Formation).
  • CI/CD (Jenkins/ GitHub Actions).
