Salary: $52,000/yr + Company Vehicle (Gas, Insurance, Maintenance Included)

Through our structured, hands-on program, you'll immerse yourself in operations, mastering the skills to enhance financial profitability, operational efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction while leading the teams. With rotation through key operational areas such areas including Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service.

What You'll Do:

After completing the eight-week training, you will transition into a supervisory role, overseeing one or more of the daily operations and sales functions to ensure maximization of fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction and employee management.You'll receive mentorship to develop skills and advance from Operations Manager to Area Vice President in our Fortune 500 company.

  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in weather conditions with moderate noise level
  • This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
  • One year of experience providing high quality customer service preferred

The annual starting salary for this position is $52,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
