Overview

We're hiring a Coordinator, Global Brand Media for the Global Marketing team. This highly organized and detail-oriented individual will support the development and execution of global brand campaigns. This role will focus on the trafficking and coordination of creative assets, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment across multiple markets, teams, and media channels.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a strong understanding of creative workflows, campaign timelines, and the importance of precision in global brand execution.

What You'll Do
  • Own the trafficking of creative assets across global campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, correct formatting, and alignment with media specs and campaign objectives
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate the production and delivery of assets across media channel
  • Act as the liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, providing clear timelines, asset specs, and routing feedback when needed
  • Support the creation and maintenance of global campaign trackers, asset management systems, and toolkits to ensure transparency and accessibility across markets
  • Assist in writing or reviewing creative briefs and participate in kickoff calls to align stakeholders on timelines, asset needs, and campaign objectives
  • Ensure that all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines, platform requirements, and localization standards across global markets
  • Maintain and regularly update marketing and trafficking documentation to reflect current best practices and workflows
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a creative trafficking, production coordination, or campaign execution role-preferably within an agency or brand marketing team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines at once
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally across global teams and time zones
  • Experience working with various project management tools and communication tools
  • A passion for creative excellence and operational efficiency, with a desire to support world-class campaigns from behind the scenes
  • Strong initiative, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Salary or Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000 

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
