Job description

Position Overview:
VeloSource is seeking a Brand Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that support the company’s growth. This role manages internal marketing workflows and social media strategy, engages healthcare providers, and supports recruiting efforts, agency partnerships, and company culture initiatives. The Brand Manager translates strategic direction from senior leadership, executives, and medical advisors into action, working closely with VeloSource’s marketing agency and vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project & Workflow Management: Oversee and coordinate internal marketing tasks, schedules, and deadlines to facilitate efficient execution of agency-partner lead gen and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Internal Project Coordination: Manage the internal review and approval process, facilitating feedback from key stakeholders to ensure alignment and prompt responses that support the timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with the senior leadership and the agency partner to implement, track, and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging and alignment with commercial growth objectives.
  • Agency and Vendor Partnership Management: Oversee relationships with all agency partners, to ensure seamless collaboration, efficient project management, and strategic alignment on branding, digital marketing, graphic design, HubSpot, website development, campaign planning, video development, and paid advertising initiatives.
  • Brand Management Support: Assist in maintaining and evolving the brand strategy, leveraging knowledge of brand management and previous experience coordinating with brand marketing agency/ vendor partners to ensure cohesive execution of marketing plans.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Work closely with agency partners to understand, monitor and report on campaign performance, gathering insights to support data-driven decision-making with an eye on continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with executives, medical advisors, and other key departments and agency partner/vendors to ensure consistent and aligned messaging across all initiatives, maintaining close communication and under the strategic direction of the VP Commercial Growth.
  • Budgeting: Support the building, management and allocation of the annual marketing budget, tracking expenditures to ensure cost-efficiency and high-quality results.
  • Social Media: Develop, manage, and execute social media strategy across the company website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, monitoring analytics and engaging with followers to build community, support employer branding, and stay ahead of healthcare and social media trends.
  • Content Creation: Create and manage engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, employee spotlights, and provider testimonials, along with presentations and marketing materials, maintaining the content calendar and ensuring everything aligns with brand and healthcare compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of in a marketing role, ideally within healthcare, healthcare staffing, allied health, or locum tenens industries.
  • Proven ability to align marketing execution with strategic business objectives.
  • Experience managing agency partner relationships and coordinating cross-functional feedback and approvals.
  • Working knowledge of brand strategy and cross-channel marketing execution.
  • Working knowledge of B2B social media and paid advertising strategy, both organic and paid.
  • Proficiency with marketing and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, HubSpot) preferred, along with experience creating content for using LinkedIn, PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut, or similar tools.

Strong communication and collaboration skills are required, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
