The company offers a DSP-agnostic platform that enables agencies and advertisers to manage multiple programmatic channels through a single, efficient interface. With a strong focus on innovation, data, and performance, the company helps clients simplify their advertising stack and improve campaign outcomes.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director / Account Executive with a strong background in programmatic advertising and a proven network within ad agencies. This is a high-impact, hunter-focused role responsible for driving new business, expanding agency relationships, and generating revenue across North America.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development by identifying and closing opportunities with ad agencies and direct clients
Leverage existing relationships within independent agencies and/or holdcos to generate revenue
Sell programmatic advertising solutions in a consultative manner, focusing on value and performance
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to presentation and closing
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction
Maintain and grow key accounts through strategic relationship management
Required Qualifications
Experience in sales within programmatic advertising, AdTech, or digital media
Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystem including DSPs, media buying, and digital advertising
Proven track record of closing new business and achieving revenue targets
Established network within ad agencies (Tier 2/3 independent agencies and/or holdcos)
Experience working with platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, or similar
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling DSP, AdTech platforms, or managed programmatic services
