Role Overview

Sales Director, Programmatic – responsible for driving new business growth across high‑value enterprise segments such as large agency holding companies and Fortune 500 brands.

What You’ll Do
  • New Business Generation (Hunter Mindset)
    • Identify and pursue new programmatic revenue opportunities with agency holdings and Fortune 500 brands.
    • Execute strategic outbound efforts—including cold outreach, networking, and in‑market presence—to build a high‑quality enterprise pipeline.
    • Position OUTFRONT’s programmatic DOOH as a modern, measurable, and scalable channel to C‑suite stakeholders.
    • Develop tailored, insight‑driven proposals that align our capabilities with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Sales Execution & Cross‑Functional Partnership
    • Drive new programmatic business in partnership with Enterprise and Commercial sales teams and programmatic partner leads.
    • Develop and deliver custom sales presentations, product demos, and strategic recommendations.
    • Apply attribution and measurement expertise to build credibility and craft data‑driven stories.
    • Maintain detailed CRM records to track activity, pipeline opportunities, pricing, and revenue operations standards.
  • Programmatic & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Maintain deep knowledge of OUTFRONT’s SSP and DSP partner capabilities, integrations, and evolving programmatic standards.
    • Build and nurture relationships with leading DSP partners—Vistar, The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP—to unlock enterprise spend.
    • Partner with Ad Ops for deal execution, including PMP creation, deal curation, creative approvals, and campaign troubleshooting.
    • Collaborate with Marketing to properly position solutions for the right enterprise audiences.
  • Pipeline & Market Expertise
    • Track and forecast pipeline accurately, providing regular updates to Sales Leadership on performance and insights.
    • Monitor emerging categories, competitive activity, and key trends across omnichannel and programmatic landscapes.
    • Represent OUTFRONT in the market through events, networking, and client engagement.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of direct sales experience at a leading DSP or DOOH SSP.
  • Hands‑on familiarity with major platforms (Vistar, The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon, etc.).
  • Proven success driving new business across major holding companies and brands.
  • Fluency in attribution types and data storytelling.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the omnichannel media ecosystem, programmatic workflows, and ad tech stacks.
  • Experience engaging stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite.
  • Organized with strong CRM discipline and pipeline management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Programmatic OOH experience and national market knowledge a plus.

Compensation

Salary range: $170,000–$190,000 per year, plus incentive compensation. Compensation is determined during the interview process based on experience, skills, and internal benchmarks, in accordance with the NewYorkCity Salary Transparency Law.
