About the Role
The Jones Agency is seeking an experienced Account Executive with a strong background in advertising and marketing to lead client relationships and deliver high-impact campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who excels at strategy, client service, and execution across the full spectrum of marketing channels, including print, digital, social media, programmatic, PR, and experiential marketing.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building strong partnerships and ensuring seamless communication.
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across print, digital, social, programmatic, PR, and experiential activations.
Lead campaign planning, budgets, timelines, and execution from concept to delivery.
Write creative briefs and collaborate with creative, media, and production teams.
Oversee campaign performance, reporting, and optimization.
Cultivate new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
Manage client budgets, contracts, and monthly billing.
Build strong relationships with media partners, civic leaders, and community influencers.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in an advertising, marketing, or PR agency environment.
Proven success in multichannel campaign management (print, digital, social media, programmatic, PR, experiential).
Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Solid knowledge of media strategy, PR, and digital performance marketing.
