Overall Objective
The Associate Creative Director, Copy leads the development of integrated campaign concepts and messaging that strengthen brands, drive engagement, and support client business objectives across traditional, digital, and social channels. Operating under the direction of the Group Creative Director and Chief Creative Officer, this role provides creative leadership from concept through execution, ensuring the highest standards of storytelling, strategic thinking, and brand voice. The ACD combines strong conceptual and writing skills with creative leadership to deliver impactful, culturally relevant work that resonates with audiences and drives results.
Key Responsibilitie
  • Lead the development of integrated campaign concepts, messaging, across all media channels
  • Create breakthrough concepts that align storytelling, brand objectives, audience and best practices
  • Guide projects from concept through production, ensuring consistency, effectiveness, and brand alignment
  • Drive social first creative with a strong understanding of audience behavior, creator culture, trends, and emerging platforms
  • Develop content strategies and storytelling approaches for TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels
  • Partner closely with art directors, designers, strategists, and account teams to deliver strategically sound and creatively compelling work
  • Support new business efforts through innovative thinking, persuasive presentations, and creative leadership

Requiremen
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, social agency, content agency, or integrated marketing environment
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, copywriting excellence, storytelling, integrated campaign development, and brand voice development
  • Strong experience writing across a variety of formats, including campaigns, social media, video, digital, experiential, and long- and short-form content
  • Deep understanding of branding, messaging strategy, audience engagement, and content development
  • Proven ability to develop ideas and messaging that perform across traditional, digital, and social platforms
  • Strong presentation, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Experience collaborating closely with art directors, designers, strategists, and production team
  • Familiarity with AI-powered writing tools, social content platforms, and emerging technologies
