Newly arriving in Tolleson, we are looking for a whole team to be part of this new adventure with us!

Responsibilities

· Coordinating with the General Manager: you will oversee the training and continued development of our FOH and BOH team.

· You are a diplomat and know how to bring the entire team together.

· You take full leadership of your shift and plan effectively to manage the business and profitability (you support the team to meet sales, costs, food quality, cleanliness and guest satisfaction objectives).

· The restaurant cleanliness, the employee image, safety and security, facility and equipment will be no challenge for you!

· Ensure that our guests feel welcome and are given friendly and courteous service throughout their experience.

· Detail is important to you, nothing goes by unnoticed thanks to your sense of organization and anticipation.

· You’ve got hustle! You can handle the pressure knowing when to get your hands dirty and think that leading by example is the key to success.

· Food safety is part of your priorities, you are committed to the effective and complete training of your team.

Qualifications
· At least 18 years old

· High School Diploma or G.E.D required

· Must be able to present State or County mandated Food Handler Card within the time allowed for the specific State or County

· Physically required to stand (up to 4 hours at a time), walk, bend and lift up to 40 pounds

· Minimum one year restaurant experience
