Responsibilities:
โข Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance go-to-market plans, including influencing pricing and in-store execution strategies.
โข Analyze sales and market data, providing actionable insights to Sales and Trade Marketing managers.
โข Create and oversee reports tracking business results while constantly eyeing market trends and competitor activities.
โข Identify opportunities for optimization and develop comprehensive processes to benefit sales & trade marketing efforts.
โข Work across various teams to streamline both local & global reporting, translating raw data into successful strategies.
Qualifications:
Required:
โข 2-4 years is sales analytics or a sales marketing role.
โข Strong capabilities using Excel, working Nielsen, IRI, SPINS, Numerator insights, and powerpoint.
โข Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
โข Skilled in rootโcause analysis, solution based thinking, and responsive decisionโmaking.
โข Strong background in translating analysis into compelling sales narratives.
โข Demonstrated ability to manage projects with careful attention to detail.
โข Capable of excellent communication, able to engage and resonate with a diverse audience.
โข Experience thriving within a team, contributing to its high performance.
โข Commitment to using insights to drive strategy execution and operational excellence.
