Job description

Job Title: CGI Advantage BI Developer
Location: Remote (Phoenix, AZ)
Job Type: Contract – 6 Months (Possibility of extension)
Interview: In Person Interview

We are seeking an experienced ERP/BI Developer Contractor to augment our development team supporting CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM, Snowflake, and Microsoft Power BI.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance HR/ERP data integrations, reporting, and analytics solutions.
  • Build and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and DAX.
  • Develop and maintain Snowflake SQL/ data pipelines and reporting datasets.
  • Work with CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM data structures and interfaces.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable BI and data solutions.
  • Troubleshoot data quality, reporting,
  • and integration issues.
  • Collaborate with ERP, HR, data, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Snowflake.
  • Experience developing against CGI Advantage, preferably Advantage 4.0 HRM.
  • Understanding of ERP/HR data models, integrations, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
  • Engagement: Contract / staff augmentation
