If you have a great attitude, are a self-starter and enjoy a fast-paced environment then this is the job for you. Managers must have a high level of personal integrity and be able to drive results through continuous employee coaching, sales, and profit growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing day to day operations- Controls profit loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
  • Plans and ensures the professional growth & development of the management team and crew members.
  • Works with general manager to meet and exceed store goals.
  • Maintains an exceptional level of customer service.
  • Knows and manages compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and ensure the restaurant is completing regular safety / cleaning / operations checklists to guarantee guest satisfaction and inspections.

Requirements:

  • Salaried QSR or casual restaurant experience.
  • Fryer experience (preferred).
  • A proven track record of increasing sales and profitability.
  • Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of both food & labor cost controls.
  • Techniques in strategic planning and driving sales.
  • Excellent customer service standards.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, especially nights, weekends, and holidays.
