Their goal is to foster high-performing teams and ensure effective collaboration across the organization.

How does an advanced scrum master typically support and coach multiple Scrum teams within an organization?

An Advanced Scrum Master often works with several teams simultaneously, facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. They coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices, help navigate cross-team dependencies, and work closely with Product Owners to ensure alignment on goals.
