As a Sr Advanced Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our quality engineering initiatives by applying advanced methodologies and driving continuous improvement. You will leverage your expertise to ensure the highest standards of product quality and process excellence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex quality challenges and enhance customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will impact the overall quality performance by developing and implementing advanced quality control processes, analyzing data-driven insights, and leading root cause analysis efforts to drive corrective actions and preventive measures.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or advanced quality roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement techniques
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and quality management software to analyze data and drive quality improvements
  • Experience with advanced quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, DOE, and corrective action systems

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary range for this position is <$103,000 - $129,000> for Freeport IL. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
