As our Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider, you will join our dynamic healthcare team dedicated to improving quality, enhancing patient experience, and advancing clinical standards for those we serve. Every day you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of patients and their families within Franciscan Medical Group.


To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, licensed, and compassionate provider, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex diseases, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams
  • Offer guidance and support to patients and families regarding educational resources and community services
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to care
  • Stay current with research and best practices in urgent care to provide evidence-based care
  • Hours are M - F 8:00a - 8:00p, Sat - Sun 8:00a - 5:00p. 
  • This role offers the flexibility to choose shifts that align with your availability, while contributing your expertise to a dynamic healthcare environment. 
  • 401k eligible opportunity. 
  • Electronic Medical Record is EPIC.  

Requirements include:

  • ARNP or Physician Assistant Degree
  • NP/PA Certification
  • Active Washington State License in good standing with no restrictions
  • DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
  • 2-3 years of Urgent Care experience required.
