As a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider, you will join an established practice in Bellevue, Washington. We specialize in diagnosing and treating patients, making a significant impact on their lives and families. 

Every day, you will apply your comprehensive expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of health conditions. This involves patient consultations, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and focusing on preventive care and health education, all within a collaborative healthcare team.


To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-C, possessing expertise in your specialty and having strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered evidence based care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.

  • Integrative primary care model: We have an innovative approach that includes access to pharmacists, psychiatry providers and care management. In primary care, we provide focused, coordinated care for our patients that have resulted in excellent health outcomes. Social workers are available to help address social/emotional/behavioral/environment needs and to provide and coordinate care.
  • Flexible schedule options: We partner with you to develop a schedule that accommodates your individual needs as much as possible.
  • Access to ancillary and specialty services: Referral options to over 30+ medical specialties within our collegial and responsive results.
  • Learning opportunities: The team has a teaching culture and is a conducive environment for providers newly out of school. A formal mentorship program is in place to help guide new providers and support them for long term success.
  • Innovation: Our culture promotes new approaches, best practice standards and continual improvement for both the patient and team member safety and experience using our Virginia Mason Production System with the vision of being the quality leader in healthcare.
  • Compensation: $136,600.00 - $167,000.00 /year

Required

  • ARNP’s: Active Washington State Registered Nurse License AND an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License or ability to obtain.
  • PA-C: Certification as a Physician Assistant with prescriptive authority in the State of Washington or ability to obtain.
  • Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority required for the specific practice
  • BLS
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with physicians, and hospital staff, patients and their families
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism
  • Strong commitment to patient care team concept and privacy guidelines
     

Preferred

  • 1+ year advanced practice provider primary care work experience
