Overview
Gorge Urology at Adventist Health Columbia Gorge is seeking to add a full time Advanced Practitioner. This is a great opportunity to join a community-focused health system that is dedicated to providing clinical care in an environment that promotes healing, health and wellness. This is a well-established partnership consisting of three urologists, and highly experienced medical and administrative staff.
AHCG is a non-for-profit 49-bed, Level III trauma center that has been recognized as one of the leading innovators in person-centered care. Gorge Urology offers locations in The Dalles, and Hood River. The clinic has an outstanding referral base of 150 providers in the system.
Located 85 miles east of Portland in the majestic Columbia River Gorge, The Dalles features old-growth forests, rushing waterfalls, and year-round access to outdoor recreation including downhill and cross-country skiing, kayaking, kitesurfing, windsurfing and miles of hiking and mountain biking trails.
Qualifications
Education, Training & Experience (includes licenses or certifications):
      • Active Licensed PA or NP (Master's degree required for PA)
      • Board Eligible or Certified in area of specialty
      • Urology experienced preferred

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
      • Knowledgeable with electronic medical records system (EPIC)
      • Positive interpersonal and communication skills
      • Willingness and ability to expand and maintain clinical competence in the specialty field, working closely with highly competent primary care, specialty medical and surgical care.
