The Insurance and Sales Specialist works to achieve customer success.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Handles all insurance calls and questions about benefits
  • Handles all sales with the direction of the marketing team
    • Knows when to bring on as a new customer or to refer out
  • Handles all basic patient collections calls through call center.
    • Meets production expectation of 90% adherence to schedule
    • Provides 85% service level within 30 seconds
  • Other duties as assigned
