Otolaryngology Physician Section Chief *Location: Grand Rapids, MI*Opportunity OverviewWe are seeking a Board-Certified Otolaryngology physician with leadership experience or interest to join a collegial practice consisting of 7 dedicated physicians, 8 Advanced Practice Providers, and 10 audiologists. This well-established tertiary and quaternary care health system includes ENT divisions with fellowship-trained Head & Neck Surgeons and Complex Pediatric ENT specialists. The selected individual will have the chance to explore and implement innovative technologies, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.Practice Overview

  • Established patient base ready for continued growth
  • 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient case mix
  • Weekday call (own patients), weekend call rotation of 1:10
  • Strong referral network
  • Additional Experience Desired
  • Experience with regional healthcare markets
  • Involvement with multidisciplinary programs, particularly Complex Pediatric ENT
  • Cochlear implant experience
  • Requirements
  • Board-Certified in General Otolaryngology (ENT)
  • Michigan Medical License
  • Leadership experience is preferred, though not mandatory

  • Licensure:
  • - Michigan Physician License (MD or DO), required upon hire - DEA Registration in the State of Michigan, required upon hire
  • Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA or ARC, required within 120 days - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA, required if specialty needs or stress tests are performed
