Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise (East Coast) drives capital sales and adoption of Ekso Bionics technologies within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: cold calling, account development, clinical demonstrations, training coordination, and relationships management across rehabilitation partners/networks. The role combines strategic business development with hands-on clinical and customer engagement to achieve quarterly sales goals and ensure customer success. Prefer candidates who have sold in the rehabilitation sector.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

o Meeting Sales Goals as set by Ekso Bionics each quarter and on an annual basis

o Responsible for client satisfaction and for creating positive customer experience – pre- and post-delivery.

o Responsible for all communication to the institutional accounts in the sales region and for all activities that will be conducted at the Enterprise level.

o Participating in sales plan preparation.

o Plan, drive and implement various sales activities with potential customers including demonstrations, customer / clinical events, conferences and product demonstrations.

o Participate in trade shows and other marketing as appropriate.

o Manage customer data, opportunities, pipeline, and forecast in Salesforce and to internal management with high accuracy

o Collaborate and communicate with Clinical Sales Application Specialist to ensure excellent communication to and experience with customers.

o Coordinate product issues with customer service and field service organization to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing product utilization

o Participate in regular sales and marketing, corporate and other meetings, as required

o Promote seamless communication between internal teams including but not limited to: Sales Support, Care Coordination, Clinical, and Customer Service teams

o Use CRM tool effectively to track activities, to report and track pipeline and opportunity progress, and provide market insights

o Other sales and customer related activities as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

o Minimum 4 -6 years of proven success and experience in rehabilitation sales or medical device capital sales.

o Prefer candidates who have sold in the rehabilitation sector.

o Self-driven and innovative problem solver of complex challenges.

o Self-motivated, self-starter able to execute crisply with minimal direction.

o Ability to identify new opportunities for selling products and services.

o Ability to engage customers, new and old, in expanding opportunities with existing products.

o High level of influencing, relationship building, negotiating and closing skills.

o Ability to manage multiple customers; is extremely organized, with proven data tracking capabilities.

o Ability to work in complex customer (business to business) buying centers / selling situations (multiple people influencing the buying decision).

o Superb verbal, written, and graphical communication abilities.

o Exceptional customer relations / service skills.

o Must possess a high sense of urgency, initiative and common sense. Must present a professional demeanor and demonstrate an ability to work with a diverse group of individuals.

o Must be energetic, work quickly and efficiently with detail and accuracy; able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

o Must be computer literate and must be proficient with all standard office equipment.

a. Proficient with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred, and standard business software

o Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requires effective communication, persuasion and technical skills to develop, present and implement ideas to corporate management and customers.

o Must work independently and be able to prioritize numerous duties. Ability to tolerate ambiguity across situations.
EDUCATION:

o Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare related field.

o Licensed in Physical or Occupational Therapy preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

o Must be comfortable with working remotely and frequent travel, navigating through cities of customer sites and events.

o Comfortable with at least 50% travel.

o Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs.
