Client Overview:
Our client is a privately held medical device company. They are currently looking to add a Senior Product Manager - Peptide Therapeutics and Biologics to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$150k - $210k plus Bonus
Position Overview:
This Senior Product Manager - Peptide Therapeutics and Biologics role leads commercialization and growth for a biologics, peptide, and regenerative medicine portfolio. Serving as the internal expert on peptide-based and biologic solutions, this person partners with physicians, KOLs, and commercial teams to drive market adoption. Ideal candidates combine product management experience with a background in peptides, biologics, regenerative or wellness medicine, or related therapeutic areas.
Responsibilities of the Senior Product Manager - Peptide Therapeutics and Biologics:
  • The Senior Product Manager - Peptide Therapeutics and Biologics develops and executes commercialization and growth strategies for biologics, peptide therapy, regenerative medicine, and wellness product portfolios.
  • Identifies market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics to guide product launches, physician adoption programs, and market expansion.
  • The Senior Product Manager - Peptide Therapeutics and Biologics collaborates with physicians, KOLs, researchers, and compounding partners to support product adoption and evidence-generation initiatives, including clinical studies and publications.
  • Develops product positioning, messaging, training, and sales enablement content to support commercial execution.
  • The Senior Product Manager - Peptide Therapeutics and Biologics partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and Business Development while monitoring industry, regulatory, and competitive developments.
Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Product Manager - Peptide Therapeutics and Biologics:
  • 5 - 10 years in Product Management, Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Business Development, or related experience.
  • Direct industry experience in peptide therapies, biologics, regenerative medicine, orthobiologics, functional/longevity/wellness medicine, hormone optimization, sports medicine biologics, or compounding pharmacy products.
  • Strong understanding of peptide/biologic products, clinical applications, and commercialization pathways.
  • Experience working with physicians, KOLs, and commercial teams; strong communication and project management skills.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Product Manager - Peptide Therapeutics and Biologics:
  • 8 - 10 years of experience.
  • Experience commercializing peptide-based therapies, biologics, regenerative medicine products, or physician-dispensed wellness solutions.
  • Existing relationships within regenerative medicine, wellness, orthopedic, functional medicine, anti-aging, or longevity communities.
  • Experience supporting educational programs, physician training, advisory boards, and clinical evidence initiatives.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Pharmacology, Biology, Biochemistry, Healthcare, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, PA, NP, or related field) is preferred.
