What We Do:
Get ready to shine at Bright Minds! In this role, you'll be at the heart of positive change, implementing ABA interventions and working collaboratively to support individuals with diverse needs. As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT/RBT), you'll be on the front line, implementing plans in homes, schools, and the community, by working one-on-one with clients. You will truly be the heart and soul of turning treatment plans into real-life progress.
On-the-Job Duties:
  • Implement personalized ABA interventions, turning plans into progress and creating lasting change.
  • Dive into the details, collecting and analyzing behavior data to guide our clients to success.
  • Be the friendly face providing one-on-one support in homes, schools, and communities, making every interaction a chance for growth.
  • Collaborate with an energetic and supportive professional community, where ideas are valued, and everyone plays a part in our shared success.

Your Toolkit:
  • Attitude - Genuine care for others and a willingness to learn and adapt to different situations. Bring your enthusiasm and commitment to making a positive impact!
  • Background - Previous experience working with children or adults with special needs is highly preferred, but we will train the right candidates!
  • Credentials - RBT certification highly preferred, or if you are pursuing a degree in psychology, education, or a related field.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be capable of manual labor including but not limited to; Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force  occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly, pushing,  kneeling, bending, balancing, crawling, crouching, finger dexterity, climbing and reaching.
